Remnant House Improving the lives of individuals and families affected by alcohol and substance misuse by establishing the goal of long-term recovery.

Remnant House utilizes the Matrix Model Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) 12-week Alcohol and Drug Treatment Program. With more than thirty years of research and development, this evidenced based program offers a comprehensive, individualized approach to recovery. Our program addresses five core clinical areas within five components: Individual and Conjoint Sessions, Early Recovery Skills Group, Relapse Prevention Group, Family Education Group, and Social Support Group. There is also an educational component available for patients using Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). It is not necessary for every individual experiencing alcohol and substance misuse to attend an inpatient facility. An Intensive Outpatient Program, such as what we offer at Remnant House, allows patients to conveniently continue with their daily responsibilities while beginning their journey of recovery

Upon completion of the program, patients are given the opportunity to join a fellowship that assists and supports their aftercare journey.
