My name is Carrie Jackson. I have over 12 years experience as a RPN working as a community nurse throughout Windsor and Essex county. Throughout my career I have always prided myself in treating the client holistically instead of just treating the symptoms of the condition that is being presented. I believe it is important to understand that each client is an individual. Treatments that work for some won't necessarily work for all. Medical treatments/information are guidelines. Nurses should also take into account the social, mental and economic needs of the client in order to provide the best treatment options that will deliver the best outcomes. Over the years I have sought out education opportunities to further enhance my medical knowledge which in turn benefits my clients. In 2020 I graduated from the Foot Care courses at St. Clair College. Since then I have been practicing as a certified and fully insured Basic and Advanced Foot Care Nurse, providing in home foot care.
