As of June 1, 2025 we are increasing our pricing! Swipe to see my new fees. ➡️

If you already have appointments book in June or later, please be aware you will be charged the new pricing amount!

As things continue to increase, we’ve got to keep up. It’s unfortunate as I want more than anything to be an affordable and helpful service in your pain management.
On that note: if massage therapists become HST exempt in the future, I will decrease my prices accordingly. We’ve been working to become HST exempt since 2019. Please message me for ways to help massage therapy drop the HST!

Take a deep breath. Did you feel that? Your chest rising?
Let’s try again but this time breath into your belly. Place a hand on your stomach and with each inhale, feel it fill your hand and on every exhale, feel it depress. 😮‍💨

You’ve just done a diaphragmatic breath. Do this often in order to distract and quiet the mind.

Other benefits of diaphragmatic breathing:
• Improve muscle function during exercise
• Reduce blood pressure / heart rate
• Help to relax you by decreasing cortisol levels (stress hormone)
• Increases oxygen to your bloodstream

Diaphragmatic breathing is important for daily function of your mind and body, so practice it until you master it! 🧘‍♀️
