🌸Understanding Perimenopause🌸
Stages, Symptoms & Hormonal Changes:

Perimenopause is the natural transition leading up to menopause, marked by hormonal shifts that affect your body and mind. This phase can last 4-10 years and usually begins in your late 30s to 40s.

Stages of Perimenopause

🔸 Early Perimenopause:
✔️ Periods are still regular but may start to shorten or become unpredictable.
✔️ Symptoms: mood swings, mild hot flashes, sleep disturbances, breast tenderness.

🔸 Late Perimenopause:
✔️ Periods become irregular—often skipping months or becoming much heavier/lighter.
