Dearest clients, I have left my space inside Suite 208. I will be taking February and March off to work on my new massage studio, right in my own backyard. I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Sandra, Arlene and their respective teams who welcomed me into their space. They are truly special and I am grateful that I've been able to grow my business in such a beautiful space. However, my dream of having my own studio at home is coming to fruition. Honest question: Do the holidays stress you out?
It's understandable if they do. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day can be magical, but they can also be overwhelming. Between the gatherings, meals, and expectations, it’s easy to lose sight of your own well-being.

Here are 3 simple reminders to stay mindful and take care of yourself this season:

~Take a moment to breathe. Pause, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths—especially during hectic moments.

~Listen to your body. Rest when you need to, enjoy your meals without guilt, and don’t forget to stretch or move your body if you’ve been still for too long.

~Be present. The best gift is your time and attention. Step away from the phone, soak in the laughter, and cherish the little moments.

My Journey to Becoming a Registered Massage Therapist

Having my mother working at a chiropractic office, I had exposure at a young age to RMT's and what they can do for injuries, headaches, and other ailments. As I got older and was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, I got interested in preventative healthcare and always found the RMT’s I interacted with were highly knowledgeable and helpful to me. It just seemed like a natural step to take.

In June 2018, I graduated from the Canadian college of Health & Science Technology with my designation in Massage Therapy.

My registration number is X 082.
