Starting my prep work for when I take CST level 2 in October! This includes tons of reading and practice.

I'm looking to do a minimum of 20 craniosacral treatments between now and the middle of October so if you're curious what craniosacral therapy is or you're interested in trying it, let me know! 😊

I'm adding a little retail to the clinic, starting with bath salts!

One of the best things to do after a massage is have an Epsom salt bath, and I have a few different options to choose from 😊 They are all made with essential oils and have great benefits!
