The centre will be closed during construction and all appointments will be held at the HearCANADA Lakeshore centre, located at 1303 County Road 22, Suite 115 in Belle River, during this time. The team at Helix Hearing Care at Windsor Main can provide support to you if you need batteries, wax guards or repairs. Telecare services are also available. With telecare, your hearing aids can be programmed or fine-tuned by one of our hearing care professionals - all in the comfort of your own home.

You can also contact our customer service team at 1-855-283-4848 – from 8:30am to 4:30pm Eastern Standard Time; Monday to Friday.
