Please help us give a warm welcome to Megan as the newest teacher at The Shala! With training in both Yoga and Massage Therapy, she brings an integrative approach rooted in mindful movement, body awareness, and alignment. Her teaching style supports nervous system regulation and encourages a sense of ease, helping people feel more connected and at home in their bodies. We’re very fortunate to have her with us 🧡
Megan will be offering her Mindful Flow class on Thursday evenings as a steady, intentional take on vinyasa-style yoga. Expect breath-led movement, strength, mobility, and moments that both soften and energize. Join her beginning next week on April 9th, all levels are welcome!
