Windsor-Essex Artists and Arts Organizations — Applications Opening Soon!

The Windsor Endowment for the Arts (WEA) is pleased to announce that applications for the 2026 WEA Grants and Awards will open on February 5, 2026.

These programs are designed to support and celebrate artistic excellence, creative leadership, and the continued growth of the arts in Windsor-Essex.

Application period: February 5 – March 31, 2026 (applications close at midnight)

• WEA Grants support artists and arts organizations across a wide range of disciplines, helping bring creative projects and initiatives to life.

• WEA Arts Awards recognize individuals and organizations whose leadership, vision, and dedication have made a meaningful impact on our local arts community.

Grant recipients and award honourees will be recognized at the WEA Awards & Grants Celebration taking place this May.

Full program details, eligibility criteria, and application guidelines will be available at www.wea-arts.com when the portal opens.

We encourage artists, organizations, and community members to prepare their submissions and help us continue strengthening a vibrant and inclusive arts ecosystem in Windsor-Essex.
