has a patient yet determined energy that's hard not to notice, both with the way she practices and with the way she connects with others 💛 Breanne's personal practice is STRONG, and yet her attention often goes to encouraging and supporting the those around her! Even as she approached her 1000th class she and were trying to coordinate so they could get there together (they share some similar qualities 😊) Congrats Breanne!!!! More and more science-based evidence that your high intensity, heated yoga practice is doing you major good. Do you notice you sleep better when you manage to get to class? We tend to feel EVERYTHING is better after we hit the hot room 😏🔥

I know, this guy is extreme. BUT he put sauna to the test and measured the changes. The results are what we've been saying this whole time, but it's nice to see. Keep it HOT AF yogis! It's still one of the best health hacks!

She's officially a teenager 😅 These 13 years have had highs and lows, but just like yoga advises, we stay steady, open minded and enthusiastic through it all. Grateful for the community that has made these hot rooms more than just a places to work, learn, laugh, cry, reflect, sweat, and breathe. We show up for ourselves AND for each other. It's been a collab since day 1. Thank you!
