Harmony & Light Healing Therapies I offer a number of different healing modalities to soothe and nourish Body, Mind and Soul. They are non-invasive, soothing, offer pain and stress relief.

Healing Touch, Therapeutic Touch, Reiki, Raindrop Technique, Ion Cleanse, Access Bars, Vibrational Healing: these are different modalities I use to bring harmony, healing, and balance to a client. With each session, my goal is to understand the client’s needs, and the factors, which are impacting their energy system, thus affecting their health and well-being. Together, the client and I will ascertain their goals and objectives for healing. During the first session, I will ask a series of questions, relating to their health, pertinent history, and any current conditions. A thorough energetic assessment and evaluation will take place. A personal treatment plan will be recommended and tailored to the client’s individual needs. Each plan is unique to the client, to best facilitate their healing process. In follow-up sessions, the client’s progress is monitored and evaluated. The treatment plan is modified, as necessary. All records and client details are completely confidential. In a typical session, the client will lay on a standard treatment table. Treatments can also be done while the client is seated, if that is preferred. I advise them to dress comfortably, and request that shoes, jewellery and glasses are removed. During the treatment, a variety of healing modalities will be used. Hands may be placed on or off the body. A session may also be enhanced by the use of aromatherapy, crystals, and relaxing music. Clients are encouraged to ask questions, and give feedback at any time.

🌹🧘🌹How to do Prana Mudra are:-
1. Sit comfortably in a meditative posture.
2. Bend the ring finger and little finger to touch the thumb.
3. Keep the index and middle fingers straight.
4. Rest hands on knees, palms facing up.
5. Close eyes and breathe calmly for 10–20 minutes.

Hawayo Hiromi Kawamura Takata (24 December 1900 – 11 December 1980)

45 years ago today, Hawayo Takata passed through the veil separating this world and that of the ancestors, less than two weeks before her eightieth birthday.

45 years earlier (11 December 1935), Takata was attending her second day of Reiki training at the Hayashi Reiki Kenkyūkai, learning the spiritual therapy to which she would then dedicate her life.

Her 45 years of devotion to Reiki transformed the practice from an obscure Japanese healing art to one poised to become a truly global phenomenon with millions of practitioners worldwide.

What does Reiki feel like?

💚Sensations of warmth or heat are frequently reported during Reiki sessions. This warmth is often felt in the areas being treated or in the hands of the practitioner, and it's associated with the flow of energy.

💚Sensations of energy pulsing or flowing through the body are also reported. It might feel like waves of energy moving through different areas. Some individuals describe feeling tingling sensations, like gentle vibrations, as Reiki is administered.

💚One of the most common reactions to Reiki is a deep sense of relaxation and calm, akin to a deep state of meditation.

💚A feeling of lightness or expansion is also often reported. This might involve a sensation of energy spreading out beyond the physical body. Like a breath of fresh air for your spirit.

💚 During a session, individuals may experience emotional releases such as tears, laughter, or feelings of profound peace and contentment.

💚Reiki can quiet the chatter of the mind, bringing a sense of mental clarity and inner peace.

💚Some people report seeing images, colours, or experiencing visualizations. These experiences can range from seeing bright lights or specific hues to intricate patterns and symbolic imagery.

💚 Not everyone feels distinct sensations during Reiki. Energy is subtle, and sometimes things are happening on deeper levels that may not necessary manifest as an noticeable external reaction. Perhaps a few days or weeks later you may feel calmer or less reactive to something that really bothered you before. Or you notice a general improvement in your overall well-being and resilience in the face of life’s challenges. Trust the Reiki energy to do what is needed. 😊💫
