🧠💼 Mental health matters at work, too.

Stigma in the workplace keeps too many people from reaching out for support when they need it most. When employees fear being judged or treated differently, it creates barriers to open conversations and access to care.

Breaking the stigma starts with awareness, compassion, and action:
✅ Normalize conversations about mental health.
✅ Encourage supportive policies and practices.
✅ Lead with empathy—because you never know what someone may be carrying.

A healthy workplace is one where everyone feels safe to be their authentic self—without fear of stigma. Let’s build that culture together. 💚
