Acne scars — especially deeper scars from long-standing cystic acne — often need a multi-modal approach to see real improvement.
In this client, we started with targeted subcision to release deep tethered scars. The area is fully numbed with lidocaine, so the treatment is comfortable.
We then treated individual scars using high-precision DEKA Tetra PRO CO2 Laser resurfacing, followed by a full-area CoolPeel to blend texture and improve overall skin quality.
👉 The “after” photo is only ONE week post-procedure — collagen remodeling will continue for months. Because some scars are very deep (and included surgical scarring), small touch-ups at 2–3 months will help refine results even further.
