At Pure Mentality we strive to create a community that helps bring awareness and conversation to mental health. We provide a platform that supports mental wellness, mental health and self care. Our products are specially curated to encourage holistic mental wellness needs for all areas of your life, including, mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health. Staffed with professionals from the me

ntal heath field, ready to chat about your individual needs, we are prepared to match you with products that best suit your lifestyle and personality. After working 10 years in the non profit, mental health sector, she was interested in growing her private practice with a specialization in self care and goal planning. The boutique came from her love of local, one of a kind products who share her passion to open the dialogue about mental wellness and help those living with mental health symptoms. Living with mental health, and serving in the mental health field, has encouraged her to make self care a priority for herself, those around her and those she supports. All Are Welcome Here
