HOWEVER, THOSE ATTENDING THE EVENT DO ARRIVE EARLY FOR PARKING AND SETTING UP ALONG OUELLETTE AVE.

WITH A HIGHER THAN NORMAL FLOW OF TRAFFIC INTO THE CORE, PLEASE ALLOW ADIQUATE TIME TO ARRIVE AT THE STUDIO FOR THE COMMUNITY CLASS AT 6 P.M.

Monday is here and with it two classes to choose from and they are both with Susan.
12-1pm Be Here Now & Zen is a combination of Yang and Yin sure to leave you peaceful,relaxed and strong.
5:30-6:45pm Balanced Bliss is a beginner friendly but all levels adapted class that will c
ombine standing, balancing, back bending and inversions. Giving the body, mind and spirit everything they need and more!
Summer Special available still this week! 2 months $130 inclusive.
