Fuel your day with these tasty pumpkin energy bites! Perfect for a quick snack or post-workout boost.

📝 Ingredients:

• 1 cup rolled oats
• 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
• 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
• 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (less or more based on desired sweetness)
• 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or swap: 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, and 1/8 tsp clove)
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips, chopped dates, coconut flakes or nuts (optional)

📝 Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
2. Roll into bite-sized balls.
3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
