Caboto Specials bocce players showed up to their first practice of 2025 proudly wearing their new team gear.
Thanks to the financial support of Breakaway Gaming Centre, in December our team hosted our athletes for a holiday dinner / dance and each player received gifts of team gear.

Our bocce athletes and volunteers were treated to a delicious meal at Giovanni Caboto Club with special treats from Torus Doughnuts and What’s Poppin’ Popcorn Factory. Along with our friends from Associazione Nationale Alpini Sezione Windsor Ontario we danced the night away thanks to Vanessa from V'amour DJ Services.

Caboto Specials extends our sincere appreciation to Breakaway Gaming Centre for their continued financial support to Caboto Specials and Caboto Soccer.
This financial assistance supports the ongoing enjoyment of the Caboto Specials athletes, covering expenses like bocce equipment, uniforms, and social gatherings for all athletes. This support is crucial in keeping the Caboto Specials athletes active and socially connected.

With great sadness, Caboto Specials shares the news that our dear friend, Vittorino Morasset has passed away. Vittorino, as President of Alpini Sezione Windsor has been a long-time supporter of Caboto Specials, our athletes and our volunteers. We will miss seeing Vittorino at our special events.
We offer our sincere condolences to Vittorino’s wife, June, his family and his friends.

Vittorino Morasset 78 years. Passed away on February 6, 2024, surrounded by his family. Predeceased by his parents Giuseppe and Teresa Morasset. Beloved husband of June (nee Sartori) for 50 years. Loving father of Laura (Franco) Patteri, Cristina (Sam) Oliverio and Erica (Marco) Scipione. Cherished....
