๐Ÿš—๐ŸŒธ Thinking about getting rid of your car? Why not make it count!
When you donate your vehicle through Donate a Car Canada, the proceeds come directly to support children and youth here at the John McGivney Childrenโ€™s Centre.
They accept cars, trucks, RVs, boats, and motorcycles ...running or not ... and offer free towing in most areas. Vehicles are either recycled or sold at auction, and youโ€™ll receive a tax receipt for your generous gift.
Itโ€™s an easy, hassle-free way to give back, and every donation helps us provide vital therapy, programs, and support to local families.

We're looking for youth voices!๐Ÿ“ฃ

Are you a young person who wants to share ideas, speak up about what matters to you, and help improve programs and research that affect children and families? We're recruiting Youth Advisors to work alongside a research team and contribute their perspectives, experiences, and creativity.

โžก๏ธ As a Youth Advisor, you'll have the opportunity to:
โ€ข Share your views on the topic of child engagement in therapy
โ€ข Help guide project activities and materials so they are relevant and family-friendly
โ€ข Build skills in communication, collaboration, and leadership
โ€ข Make a real difference by ensuring youth voices are heard and valued

No prior experience is required, just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to share your thoughts. Support, mentorship, and a respectful, inclusive environment are central to this project.

If you (or a young person you know) are interested in getting involved, we'd love to hear from you. Please reach out or share this post to help us connect with youth who want to make an impact.
