Happy Canada Day 🇨🇦♥️🤍

Just a reminder that we will be CLOSED today and reopen with regular business hours tomorrow. ❣️

For those of you who are relaxing at home today, try making these yummy Canada themed popsicles that also give your fertility a boost (much better than store bought popsicles filled with sugar).

INGREDIENTS
❤️1 lb strawberries, rinsed and remove stem
✨Strawberries are a form of antioxidants and is an anti-inflammatory, they’re also high in vitamin C and Folic Acid.
❤️1/4 cup water
❤️500g container Greek yogurt, ideally full-fat and plain
✨Full fat greek yogurt is packed with calcium, probiotics, and tons of protein.
❤️2 tbsp honey
✨Improves egg quality due to its high levels of B vitamins, iron, calcium, and amino acids.

INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣Begin by blending the strawberries and the water until this is a liquid consistency.
2️⃣In a medium size bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and the honey.
3️⃣Start by pouring the Greek yogurt mix into the popsicle mold followed by the strawberry mixture.
4️⃣Then with the popsicle stick, gently mix the strawberry mixture with the Greek yogurt.
5️⃣Freeze popsicle molds for at least 5 hours.
6️⃣When ready to eat, run the mold under warm water and gently pull the popsicles out.
7️⃣Enjoy!!
