Woman to woman. Mom to mom.

Today I’m thinking about the quiet strength of women.

The way we carry so much — love, responsibility, intuition, worry, hope — often all at the same time. The way we care deeply for the people around us while still finding the courage to keep growing, healing, and showing up.

I see the moms who are trusting their instincts.
I see the women advocating for their health.
I see the ones doing the hard, unseen work of nurturing families and raising the next generation.

There is so much power in that kind of care.

Happy International Women’s Day to the women who nurture, lead, heal, and support one another every single day. 🌿

Reviews like this stop me in my tracks. 🤍

Not because of the praise… but because it reminds me why I created Method360 Postpartum Rehab in the first place.

When I started working with moms, I saw how many women were trying to piece their healing together from random workouts, online programs, or advice that didn’t truly understand the postpartum body.

Postpartum recovery isn’t just about “getting back into exercise.”
It’s about rebuilding strength, reconnecting to your pelvic floor, restoring stability, and learning how to trust your body again.

Every class is designed so that:
✨ You understand why you’re doing each movement
✨ You feel supported and guided without judgment
✨ You can challenge your body safely at your own pace

Watching moms grow stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies week after week is the real measure of success for me.

To every mom who has trusted me with their healing journey — thank you. It’s truly an honour to walk alongside you. 🤍

If you’ve been wondering whether postpartum rehab is right for you, send me a DM and I’ll share more about the next M360 series.

I think about all the moms I interact with on a daily basis, and I am so proud and so honoured to witness their journey. They inspire me every single day. 🤍

I see the late nights.
The questions.
The tears in my office when someone finally says, “I just don’t feel like myself.”

I see the courage it takes to book the appointment.
To advocate for your baby.
To say, “This leakage isn’t normal.”
To ask about the latch.
The flat spot.
The reflux.
The milestones.

I see you choosing healing.
Choosing education.
Choosing to trust your instincts even when you’ve been dismissed.

And that is powerful.

Motherhood is not passive. It is brave.
It is intuitive.
It is resilient.

Thank you for letting me walk alongside you in this season. It is never lost on me what an honour that is. 🤍

If something doesn’t feel right in your body or your baby’s — keep asking. Keep digging. Keep trusting yourself.

You were made for this.

That little flat spot on your babes head?
It’s not “just cosmetic.” And it’s not about blame either. 🤍

Flat spots are most often a movement and preference issue.

Babies naturally develop preferences — maybe they like looking toward the door, toward mom’s voice, or sleeping with their head turned one way. Maybe they grew a certain way in mommy’s belly. A preference isn’t the problem.

👉 The key is capacity.

Can they comfortably turn their head fully to both sides?
Can they move in and out of that position with ease?
Is their neck soft and adaptable, not tight and restricted?

When babies don’t have full range, they spend more time on one side — and that’s when we start to see flattening.

Early intervention is everything.

The earlier we support:
• neck mobility
• symmetrical strength
• balanced positioning
• tummy time quality

The easier it is to guide growth while their skull is still rapidly developing.

And mama — this is common. You didn’t cause it.
But support can make a big difference.

We don’t panic here.
We assess. We support. We guide. 🌿

If you’ve noticed a preference, it’s worth checking — not because something is “wrong,” but because your baby deserves optimal movement.

Cold water doesn’t just “wake you up.”
It trains your nervous system.

When you step into a cold plunge, your body experiences a stressor.
Heart rate rises. Breath shortens. Muscles tense.

But then comes the practice.

Slowing your breath.
Softening your jaw.
Letting your body realize… this is uncomfortable, not unsafe.

That’s regulation.

Cold exposure can:
• Support vagal tone
• Improve stress resilience
• Increase circulation
• Boost mood through endorphins
• Strengthen recovery capacity

But the real magic?
Learning to stay calm inside intensity.

As women — as moms — we move through intensity daily.
Sleep deprivation. Hormonal shifts. Emotional load.

Regulation isn’t about avoiding stress.
It’s about building the capacity to move through it.

Cold water is just one way to practice.

Breathe in.
Stay.
Trust your body.

I am so honoured to hear this 👌🏻

Because I know we’re doing something right. 💚

This means:
– She noticed.
– She tuned in.
– She didn’t ignore it.
– She remembered she deserves support too.

We’ve normalized leaking.
We’ve normalized discomfort.
We’ve normalized ‘that’s just motherhood.’

But awareness?
Awareness is the beginning of healing.

If you’re thinking about your pelvic floor when you pee…
That’s not weird.
That’s empowered.

A lifetime ago, but also yesterday.

I can see this so clearly now, on the other side of it.
Now that our days are filled with school drop-offs, sports, work, schedules, and the constant balancing act of family life.

I look back at the newborn days—
long hours on the couch, nursing, snack wrappers everywhere, sleep coming in broken pieces.
It was exhausting. It was hard. And yet… it was slow.

That season forced me to be present in a way nothing else ever has.
There was nowhere else to be. Nothing else to manage.
Just listening to my baby’s needs, learning their cues, and responding—moment by moment.

And mama—taking care of yourself is part of that care.
Rest when you can. Nourish your body. Ask for help.
Your nervous system matters. Your healing matters.

If you’re in it right now and it feels like everything else is moving forward without you, I promise: you’re not behind.
You’re exactly where you’re meant to be—caring for your baby and yourself in a season that asks you to slow all the way down.

Words from a grateful mama…

And this is why I do what I do.

Because feeding is never just feeding.
It’s nervous systems.
It’s tension.
It’s positioning, trust, confidence, and feeling like you’re not failing.
It’s unravelling the puzzle.

So many parents are told to “just keep trying” without being truly supported or guided.
My role is to work with your babe, to hold space, educate, and walk beside you—so you don’t have to figure it out alone.

If you’re struggling, questioning, or feeling unsure—there is nothing wrong with you or your baby.
Sometimes support is the missing piece.

🤍 You deserve guidance.
🤍 Your baby deserves gentle, whole-body care.
🤍 And breastfeeding should never feel like a solo mission.

Thank you for trusting me with such a tender season.

I can’t wait to see you here ❤️
