Excited to announce that the Stay at Home Fitness Program will continue! Back by popular demand we will be starting the next 3 week session on Tuesday May 26. This program will keep you on track and accountable with your fitness goals. 4 classes a week including strength, HIIT, Pilates and yoga. Terese Mingay will be our head coach.
