🍂🔥 There are still spaces remaining for this Saturday’s Elemental Rhythm Breathwork session with Lisa!
JOIN HER this Sat, Oct 11 from 1:30 to 3:30pm and release what no longer serves you through intentional breathwork as we move into the fall season.
💫The Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Breakthrough journey uses unites deep, rhythmic breathing with intentionally curated music to encourage the mind into a non-ordinary state of consciousness; a place where clarity, vision and inspiration can be found, old paradigms, patterns and behaviours can be shifted, and stuck emotions, anxiety and stress can be released. Breathwork can also help us to expand our consciousness and connect with spirit.💫
This session will include ✨WIRELESS HEADSETS ✨. Elevate your senses through an immersive, multi-dimensional sound experience that promotes more presence in your journey and more comfort in your self-expression! You’ll feel as if you’re having your own personal experience as distractions are eliminated and the music, supplemented with my guidance, fills the space.
