When I walked into my daughter’s room she had this playing on the television. I actually stopped to watch it for a couple minutes before I asked her what it was. ‘Ugh mum, come on! It’s a YouTube calming video of rain’. I thought it was brilliant, despite the unnecessary sass. 😊🕊
(Sharing for all of those that are not YouTube based people…great for background meditation)

For all the parents out there!
In an ever-changing society, keeping up with expectations for both self and the kids is getting increasingly more challenging.
