Good Morning! A quick update that all 4 “Mental Empowerment” videos are now available. The purpose is to reconnect to the mind and to understand the various ‘conflicts’ happening within (as well as how to balance them).

Next up: “Astrology 101”. This is a 13 part series that covers the basics of Astrology as well as a monthly breakdown of each Zodiac season and how to connect and navigate each sign. This series will launch March 16th.

I read a stat today that really made stop and think:

“More than 50% of people in the world have never made or received a telephone call on a landline phone”

I’m not sure how accurate it is but it did get me thinking that it’s likely close! I cannot remember the last time I used a landline myself even in a work environment. Testament to changing times😊
