Great news!!! We have now received clearance from the government to reopen with appropriate precautions. We have everything in place and plan to open for business on June 1st. While the way we do things may be different, we’ll still provide the high quality individualized care we’re known for. Please call 519-250-5775 or 519-250-5194 for an appointment. Although Enable Physiotherapy, like all other physio clinics across the province, did not receive permission to reopen during Phase 1, we are continuing to plan for the day we can reopen. We will be ready with infection control procedures and practices that will go above and beyond what is required to keep everyone protected.
We were disappointed not to be included in the Phase 1 reopening, but the decision was made by the government, and reinforced in a message to all of us by our regulatory body.

Many insurance companies recognize the value of these virtual sessions and are covering the costs! If you would like to discuss a virtual session to find out if it is right for your needs, please leave us a message or reach out via email at info@enable.ca.

In keeping with the recommendations set forth by the province, we will continue to be closed until further notice. The health, safety and well-being of our staff, patients and community is of the utmost importance to us.

The College of Physiotherapists of Ontario has advised that Physical Therapy is an essential service if the provision of such therapy will prevent hospitalization or deterioration from which a client will not recover. In consideration of this, we are willing to see clients who would fall into these categories on a private, one-on-one basis in the clinic. Please do not hesitate to contact us at info@enablephysio.ca to arrange a visit.

Should you have any questions or concerns about your care or condition, feel free to send us a message as well. We are also willing to provide advice over the phone. Some insurers are willing to cover the costs of these virtual sessions and all are waiving the requirement for a physician referral.

We will continue to monitor the situation and look forward to the day we can open again. Take care of each other and stay safe everyone!
