Book a therapeutic massage a with one of our registered massage therapists at Momentum Wellness Centre - Windsor’s first dedicated massage therapy clinic, operating since 1999. All of our RMT’s are registered with the Massage Therapists’ Association of Nova Scotia. We provide direct billing to most extended health plans.
At Breathing Space Yoga Studio we offer a variety of yoga classes for all levels, ages, and abilities! We are proud to be the first space in Windsor dedicated to the art of yoga. You can rest assured that our instructors carry a minimum of 200 hours training, making our classes safe and accessible to everyBODY! Our studio is fully equipped with all the essential yoga props you may need for your practice. See you on the mat!
