No strings attached! The environmental effects of COVID-19 are just as problematic. Be sure to dispose of gloves and masks properly, and remember to cut or rip the ear loop strings before tossing your mask to protect wildlife from becoming tangled or harmed.

When you arrive no need to call us. We currently do not have our Front Desk staff working, so there is no one to answer phones in a timely manner. Please proceed to the front door, turn on your camera and scan the bar code on the front door to let us know you are here. No smartphone? No problem. Just come to front door and we will see you to let you in.

Naturopathic Doctors are and 🩺🍏 Since starting my practice over 5 years ago, some of my patients have joked that I'm a 'witch doctor' or 'pixie doctor healing with magic' 😂

To become an ND you must have an undergraduate degree (I have mine in Biological Sciences with theses, and a minor in Mathematics), followed by 4 years at an accredited Naturopathic Medical school (I went to CCNM in Toronto). But the learning doesn't end there! 🤓

This afternoon I spent some time attending an online webinar on because as a Naturopathic Doctor I am always learning & staying up to date with current medical research & treatment options. Lifestyle, supplement, botanical, Traditional Chinese Medical and nutritional recommendations are all backed by evidence- although the results can be quite magical! 👩‍🏫👩‍⚕️🧙‍♀️🧚‍♀️
