Fact: Therapy isn’t just for crisis situations. It’s a space to talk, reflect, and learn tools to handle everyday life.

🌟 People go to therapy for many reasons—stress, relationships, parenting, personal growth, work challenges, or simply wanting to understand themselves better.

You don’t need to wait until things feel overwhelming to benefit from support. Just like we take care of our physical health, our mental and emotional well-being deserves attention too.

Sometimes therapy is about healing.

While losing an hour of sleep can feel tough, it’s also a great time to reset some healthy habits. A few simple tips to help your body adjust:

✔️ Go to bed 15–30 minutes earlier the night before
✔️ Get outside in natural morning light
✔️ Stay hydrated and keep caffeine earlier in the day
✔️ Try to keep your sleep schedule consistent

Regular screening can detect precancerous polyps early, often before cancer develops. When caught early, colorectal cancer is highly treatable!

✔️ Screening is recommended starting at age 45 (earlier if you have risk factors or family history)
✔️ Symptoms can include changes in bowel habits, blood in stool, abdominal discomfort, unexplained fatigue, or weight loss
