Just wanting to send a reminder during this busy time of year to take time to pause and unwind, whatever that looks like for you!

Here are some of my favourites:

🌳 being in nature
💪🏻 exercising / moving my body
📔 journaling
🧘🏼‍♀️ meditating
💆🏼‍♀️ massage therapy & osteopathy

Without these things I tend to:

😮‍💨burn out really fast
😷get sick easily
😴feel so tired & drained
🧠 mental health takes a hit

It’s this wonderful thing called ⚖️ balance ⚖️

Tough to achieve. Especially in the hustle and bustle of September !

So here’s your reminder ⬇️

✅We’re not going to get it right every single day.
✅There will be days where we fail and where we succeed.
✅ There will be days where you do 1, 2, none or all of your cup filling activities.
✅There will be days where we need to stay in bed & rest and there will be days where we thrive.
✅ and it’s ALL OK.

Make sure that you prioritize what will keep you, your body, mind & soul at top working capacity and the rest will follow 🙌🏻 but also, it’s ok to have moments of doing none and just resting in that as well.

Let’s talk ⚡️frequency ⚡️ !

Our resting state matches the 🌍 natural frequency.

Right now her frequency is OFF THE CHARTS 📈

How can we help regulate ourselves when this happens (because I can’t be the only one feeling off 🤪)

We get grounded 🌳
We come home to our breath 😮‍💨
We go get a massage 💆🏼‍♀️

Because physical touch activates our parasympathetic nervous system 🧬 which brings us into rest & digest. (We need this everyday but especially when the shuman resonance is lit up the way it is!)
