Let’s talk ⚡️frequency ⚡️ !

Our resting state matches the 🌍 natural frequency.

Right now her frequency is OFF THE CHARTS 📈

How can we help regulate ourselves when this happens (because I can’t be the only one feeling off 🤪)

We get grounded 🌳
We come home to our breath 😮‍💨
We go get a massage 💆🏼‍♀️

Because physical touch activates our parasympathetic nervous system 🧬 which brings us into rest & digest. (We need this everyday but especially when the shuman resonance is lit up the way it is!)

Massage therapy has a quiet kind of power. ⭐️

It’s not just relaxing, it’s a way of helping the body reset and heal. 🧘🏼‍♀️

Studies show therapeutic touch can calm the nervous system, improve circulation, and help the body restore balance. ⚖️

But beyond the science, 🧬 there’s something deeply human about it: a space where people feel safe, supported, and reconnected with their own well-being. 🤲🏻

The changes we help create aren’t always visible, but they linger, in posture, in breath, in how someone carries stress or finds comfort. As an RMT, I believe those moments matter. They’re the kind of legacy we leave behind. 🙌🏻💥

Our bodies are incredibly adaptive, constantly responding to stress, emotion, and environment.
When we experience something intense - Whether it’s physical trauma or emotional overwhelm, the nervous system doesn’t always fully process it in the moment. ⏳

Instead, parts of that experience can manifest in the body, stored within muscle tissues and fascia through a process called 💥neuromuscular imprinting💥

It’s why we sometimes feel knots we can’t explain or tightness that lingers beyond physical strain‼️

Massage therapy offers more than relaxation. It works with the nervous system, encouraging these “held” patterns to release. Through intentional touch ⬇️

✅ circulation is improved
✅ muscle tension is reduced
✅ and the body is given space to feel safe—enough to let go of what it’s held onto for far too long.

What looks like easing tight shoulders might actually be helping to process something much deeper. This is where healing begins: not just in the body, but through it.

I recently had a breakthrough with a client that was experiencing months of neck tension & pain.

I decided one day to practice what I preach and work within the area of the scalp and outside TMJ muscles. That’s when the magic 🪄 happened!

The muscles of the neck completely released! I saw it and felt it 🤯

And there lies the proof of “release one area and the rest will follow”.
