Extraordinary Scallop Potatoes
Ingredients
MAKES: 8 SERVINGS
2 lb (900 g) potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
1 1/2 C (375 ml) Nourish Broth, prepared (chicken broth)
1/2 C (125 ml) whipping cream
1/2 pkg cream cheese
1 Tbsp (30 ml) 3 Onion Dip Mix
1 Tbsp (30 ml) Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
1 Tbsp (30 ml)CCB Dip Mix
1 C (250 ml) shredded low-fat Swiss or cheddar cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
Layer potato slices in a lightly buttered oval Au gratin dish. Season with Salt and Pepper.
In a small bowl, blend together cream cheese, whipping cream Chicken Bouillon, 3 Onion, Lemon Dilly, CCD Dip Mix.
Pour over potatoes.
Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove foil, sprinkle with cheese and continue to bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
Serve warm directly from the dish.

Here is a quick and easy recipe for scalloped potatoes!
Steamer Scalloped Potatoes
Cookware: Multipurpose Steamer
1 package Alfredo or Mac & Cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
Sea salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
6-8 medium potatoes (or 3-4 large)
1/2 cup each Mozzarella and Cheddar shredded
Mix the first six ingredients together.
Thinly slice the potatoes using an Epicure Mandoline
Layer potatoes, cheese and sauce. Leave some cheese for the top layer.
Cook 10-12 minutes in the microwave or until potatoes or tender.
