Did you know that NIHB FULLY covers the cost of therapy services if your provider is registered with them? That's 22 sessions per calendar year - with the possibility of extensions - at no cost to you!

If you have NIHB coverage, you can access FREE culturally-responsive therapy from a provider experienced in working with Indigenous individuals and families. That means you can see a therapist about every 2 weeks all year long - completely covered.

As an NIHB-registered therapist, I'd be honoured to walk alongside you on your path to healing - with zero out-of-pocket costs. 💜
