Let's support out Retired Women Teachers Windsor- Essex Branch in April 9th 👇

Thursday, April 9th is our official RWTO 70th Anniversary.

A special day has been planned at Devonshire Mall bringing awareness of our organization and an invitation to retired educators. A display to be attended by our Executive and members will be set up from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Mayor Dilkens will be addressing us at 10:00am. with Media coverage. Other dignitaries may be visiting . A strong representation of members would certainly be advantageous. Please consider joining us throughout the day and especially for our opening ceremonies at 10:00am .

Our Jubilee theme is “ Beacons of Light” and we will have blue votive candles and we ask that you wear blue tops ( if possible). Our location is in the Devonshire Mall-Entrance 3 between Indigo & Bank of Montreal - turn right towards food court & set up in front of Saje Wellness..

Let’s show our true blue colours and join together in “Caring and Sharing” on April 9th.

March is Social Work Month, and we can't end this month without thanking our incredible Social Work team! 💙

They offer compassion, understanding, and reassurance during moments that can feel overwhelming and uncertain. They help individuals and care partners better understand dementia, navigate challenges, and connect with the resources and programs that support them along the journey.

And most importantly, they remind families that they are never alone.
