Happy Graduation to our Spring 2026 Mat Pilates Teachers!

We are proud of all the hours and work you've put in over the course. Keep supporting one another, cheering each other on, and lifting each other up! It's about collaboration and continually growing within your own practice.

You helped us get organized with everything and everyone, you opened your space to allow the next group of instructors to grow within their practice. (also thank you for the coffee and snack )

We're back in the clinic this week feeling fresh and ready to tackle on a new week!

🔹.sonnguyendc is currently teaching a new group of soon to be Pilates Teachers in London, Ont and will be away this coming weekend for more training. Her hours are listed above.
🔹.beth.nd has some slots available if you have been waiting for a time to see her, take this as your sign to book today!

Please be mindful of our practitioners as they have set appointments specifically to treat you. Therefore, if you need to rebook, or know your schedule has changed please let us know in order to allow others to get in and see their favorite practitioners as well! Please give us a 24hr notice in order to avoid cancellation fees as well!
