On August 28th we held our annual Rainbow Bridge Pet Memorial Service, held each year at our Windsor Chapel Banwell location.

The event honours and celebrates all pets that have crossed the Rainbow Bridge. We had a lovely turnout with special attendance from the Therapy Dogs of St John Ambulance. 🌈

The staff from Windsor Chapel Funeral Home-South Chapel visited one of our local vault and urn suppliers Wilbert / CFC last week. We had an extensive tour and informational chat with Heidi (a former ARBOR Memorial employee). Our crew saw how vaults are cast, how columbaria / columbariums are assembled and how engravings are completed on urns & other merchandise. We came away with newfound knowledge and some great ideas on offerings to help personalize client family choices.

Product knowledge is key to successfully presenting options and suggestions to families we serve.

Our Windsor Chapel South team recently made a donation with the support of the Arbor Memorial Foundation, to our friends at the LaSalle Windsor Special Olympics.

Lori a Team Rep, Matt, Ian, and 'Big Mike' who are well-known Special Olympics athletes, met Craig Erickson & Ken Gray for a presentation on the front lawn of Windsor Chapel South.

For reference, Craig is 6'3"!
'Big Mike' was all smiles when he and Craig met and chatted about basketball and other sports.
