Our Christmas Marketplace is just around the corner! We hope you will come out on Saturday, Nov 29th and take in the holiday spirit, support our vendors, have some lunch and try your luck in the raffles!
The Christmas Marketplace is one of our favourite events - and it’s also our biggest fund-raiser of the year… bringing in the funds we need to ensure all our Residents receive a gift this Christmas.

There is one more way you can help… would you bake some cookies, tarts or brownies for our bake sale? We would appreciate it!

We’re celebrating the generosity of the Village tonight! The Lasalle neighbourhood chose to support the Homelessness and Housing Help Hub (H4) for their Community Engagement activity. With the help of the Village Residents, Family Members & fellow Team Members, the neighbourhood has 14 boxes FULL of warm clothing, blankets and so much more!
Thank you to all who contributed! This is going to make a difference in the lives of those who receive these items!

Our Christmas Marketplace is right around the corner! One of the favourite features is our Bake Sale which supports the Christmas Elves Fund in providing a gift to every Resident in our Village on Christmas Day. Can we count on you to make some sweet treats?

The Village of Aspen Lake is preparing for our Packing Party on November 20th!
We have been packing these shoebox gifts to “destination unknown” for many years and it is one of our Residents’ favourite charitable works. They enjoy choosing special items for a child and hoping they are happy!

You can help by bringing in small items to go in the boxes… school supplies, toys, hairbrushes, etc. (NO toothpaste & *new this year* NO soap… regarding toys: NO war themed toys, dice or playing cards). Collection spot is the Chapel.

If you would like to support the cause but prefer not to shop, you can also bring in cash donations and we will shop for you!

It’s here! The Grandparents Day Legacy Quilt is visiting Aspen Lake! It will only be here for about 2 weeks so please come down to Main Street and enjoy the creative designs!
The squares were created by grandchildren (and great grandchildren) of Residents in all the Schlegel Villages as part of Grandparents Day 2024. They were sewn together for a lovely remembrance of all the love we share collectively for our grandparents.
