🪥 Bring a travel dental kit: Pack a toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss for each family member. Travel-sized options make it easy!
🍎 Choose smile-friendly snacks: Opt for fruits, veggies, cheese, and nuts instead of sugary snacks that can lead to cavities.
💧 Stay hydrated: Drinking plenty of water helps wash away food particles and keeps mouths fresh.
