Q-Do I need my own equipment?

A-No! While it would help, we can create plans using whatever you have to work with!

Q- do I need any prior experience in the gym?

A- No! We can start with the basics and go from there!

Q- do I need to workout every day?

A- absolutely not! We will make a plan specifically for you, your ability and how much time YOU want to spend a week working out!

Your mental health matters, no matter how much you were affected by this horrific storm.

Your mental health matters, no matter if you’re grieving for yourself, or others. Take that time.

Your mental health matters, try not to compare your trauma to anyone else’s (I’m guilty of this) if your situation is not as bad as someone else’s that’s ok to still feel emotions. Reach out to friends or family or literally anyone. People will listen

Your mental health matters our community has never seen this type of disaster before, no one knows how to deal with this. Do not sit alone with your feelings. These times are unimaginably painful for everyone.

You’re not alone the strongest of people are crumbling right now. Seeing how our community is coming together in this time is the most heart warming thing. The funds being raised for the 2 families who are going through the most unimaginable pain right now is heart warming.

I injured myself trying to save our basement from the floods and have to take time off to heal my back, and I need to take time off to heal mentally and emotionally as most people right now need to be and should be. If you have an appointment booked with me next week I won’t be reassessing myself until Sunday to determine if I will be working next week, so hang tight and I will contact you if your appointment is going to be canceled or not.

I have to thank my clients for being so caring and understanding right now. Each and everyone of you are amazing.
