Charlene graduated from the Canadian College of Health & Science Technologies in 2004 and has since dedicated 20 years to working in Physiotherapy and Chiropractic settings alongside therapists proficient in various modalities. She is well-versed in CranioSacral Therapy (27 years), Sports Massage, Acupuncture, Acupressure, Cupping, Facial Acupuncture, Reflexology, and Soft Tissue Release.

In her free time, Charlene trains for ultramarathons and cycling, indulges in travel and camping, exploring off-the-beaten-path destinations and hiking. She also finds joy in cooking and baking for her loved ones.
