Death of your former Self & Rebirth of your new Self. An Ouroboros Infinity symbol on my chest as a reminder of this everyday. It will never wash away or be erased. Our cups & hearts are over flowing with love & appreciation! Together, we raised over $900 for Erie Wildlife Rescue & helped to raise the vibration of our beloved community🔥

With Spring comes the winds of change, & the opportunity to listen to our intuition with honesty & authenticity. Friends, we are taking a break from Satsang this week to reflect on our purpose in the Yoga community. Our beloved Dayā has stepped away from Satsang to focus on her own spiritual practice, we respect & support her decision. Although the future of our weekly gatherings is unknown, we will continue to offer monthly SOAK events which will include Kirtan.
We are devoted to serving our community, & will keep you informed on any upcoming changes. Please know that we love & cherish each & everyone one of you! Our Bhakti practice is needed more now than ever, keep your hearts open with fierce love & grace. Change can be difficult but it’s necessary for inner spiritual growth.
