A portion of the donations we collect tonight will be given to our dear friend Durga Devi from House of Yoga, to help support her journey with the Buddhist Monks & Aloka🐕 as they walk for peace. Kirtan is a practice of Bhakti Yoga, which is the Path of the Heart❤️‍🔥 By chanting Sanskrit Mantra, we awaken the Heart Anahata Chakra & melt away fear so that we can return to our true nature, which is pure Bliss💎 It is said that when people chant together, their hearts beat as One. 🙏OM Dear Sweet Ones,

Please accept our deepest apologies as we need to postpone our 1st Satsang of the year due to illness. We know that many of you & your loved ones have been sick as well, please know that you are in our thoughts & prayers💫💫

We have been Blessed with nearly a decade of holding Satsang, & we hope to hold space for many more! Our Sangha is only as strong as your participation, so please try to make an effort to attend on a regular basis. We realize that many of you miss Cave of the Heart as we do. But nothing is permanent, only the Soul. It is the energy of the people that creates the collective connection & raises the vibration. So WE ask YOU to join US with open hearts; to chant, to heal & to remember who you really are….which is PURE LOVE✨✨♥️✨✨

For those interested, I will be offering a Quantum Energy Healing ceremony from within my home this Wednesday from 8~9pm. This is a distance session, so you may stay in the comfort of your own home to rest & receive. Find a quiet space & sit or lay down with your spine as straight as possible. ✨🌀✨LABYRINTH OF LOVE✨🌀✨

We walked the Solstice Labyrinth together; hand in hand and heart in heart. I felt the souls of our ancestors with us, gently guiding us back to the Light that is within our own hearts. That primordial Light is always with us, although it may be dim at times, it is always there. We kneeled at the centre of the Labyrinth & bowed our hearts to the crystal, setting our intentions & prayers for the New Year. With you by my side, I felt the presence & power of love, which is pure existence absolute✨❤️‍🔥✨
