✨🦁✨LIONS GATE 8/8⚡️ILLUMINATE⚡️RADIATE⚡️ELEVATE✨🦁✨

I recently found this unique painting in a thrift store in Goderich, Ontario & paid $7.49. It was love at first sight💙 From the royal blue heart to the angelic wings, radiant golden jewels & ethereal energy my heart stood still. Since it has come into my life, I have undergone great personal changes. I believe that the painting was sent by the Universe to protect & empower me. As it turns out, this painting was done by Goderich artist Carrie Wroot, & is estimated between $750-$1K! This beautiful gem now hangs in my treatment room at Cave of the Heart. And just in time for Lion’s Gate 8/8, one of the most powerful portal dates of magic & manifestation⚡️🦁⚡️ Is it a coincidence that the artist has the same name as me (different spelling) & is from Goderich (a town that has God in its name!)? Everything is in Divine Order. Once we surrender to what is & have faith in the greater Plan, we can let go. So, I’m letting go……..if you love someone, set them free✨💫✨

Community Kirtan this Sunday! Join us for a potluck from 5 to 6pm followed by an open mic Kirtan from 6 to 8pm. Please bring a vegan dish (hot or cold) to share and RSVP so we know how many to prepare for🙏

🪷 This Kirtan is open to anyone who would like to share a chant, instrument backup for a chant or two, a reading, poetry, or anything they would like to share with the group. You can also just come to enjoy the ambiance of it all! No experience is necessary, and we ask that everyone come with an open mind and open heart 🪷

👉🏽 This gathering is free to attend, but donations are welcomed and will be put towards a charity or organization in the Windsor Essex county.

✨🫶✨CELEBRATING 25 YEARS OF TLC✨🫶✨

Today, I celebrate 25 years of service to my community & honour all those who I had the blessing to hold space for. Thank you to each & every human soul who trusted me with their kindred heart & sacred energy. I truly appreciate your love, support & bonds of friendship! Everything has a beginning & an end, & until that time I will continue to devote myself to be a channel for healing & to raise the vibration of our beloved Earth & beyond💫🌎💫

Our story. It all began on July 3rd 2000 when the doors to Sol Invictus opened, my 1st holistic practice located in the heart of Walkerville. It was there that many good seeds were planted & relationships were rooted deep within my heart. At that time, holistic therapies such as Aromatherapy, Reflexology & Quantum Energy were still viewed as “new” even though they were the basis of primal ancient medicine. It took hard work, dedication & perseverance to establish a steady & joyful practice. After the birth of my son Benjamin in 2013, I worked from home until my practice evolved to encompass a Yoga Studio. In 2018, Cave of the Heart was born! The heart within me exploded during those next 5 years at the Cave & has been expanding ever since. Although it was difficult keeping a Studio open during many Covid lockdowns, some of the most tender moments came during that fragile time. More change was to come, & due to life’s Divine plan I am once again working from home. It is here that I feel the most comfortable & authentic in my offerings. Thankfully, our dear friends at White Birch Wholistics have embraced us by offering to share their beautiful space to hold our Satsang & Kirtan. We are eternally grateful for the opportunity to continue to share the practice of Bhakti Yoga. It is said that a Bhakti Yogi has a heart that is 108 times more powerful than the common heart, & I know this to be true!🙏🌹🙏
