The Unique Experience of Oolong Tea

Oolong tea is a traditional Tea that falls somewhere between Green and Black Tea in terms of oxidation. Oolongs boast a spectacular array of flavor profiles, aromas
and a captivating experience. Offerings of Oolong Tea can be found in various high mountain pristine regions such as the coveted Taiwan mountains, Thailand and China.
The two main categories are Light Oolongs which often have a fresh, floral, and sometimes fruity aroma closer to the profile of Green Tea.
Dark Oolongs offer teas that undergo a higher degree of oxidation, typically between 40-70%. These deep, rich flavours give a toasty, nutty, and sometimes caramel-like note.
