Your resident beverage goblin is here to remind you to drink your water! 👹💦 Preventing dehydration is important whether you are a person on a GLP-1 wellness journey or not! I aim to get a minimum of 64 ounces a day, but a good rule of thumb is to drink half your body weight in ounces. Happy hydrating! ✨

In September I celebrate turning 40. 💫

The most important thing I can do for myself leading up to this milestone birthday is making sure I put my health first. On the journey to being my healthiest self I discovered Arbonne.

As a vegan of 6+ years, I was so impressed to find a cruelty free, Certified B Corp company that ensures all of their products are free of animal products and harmful ingredients. This prompted me to try their skincare products, as I was searching for something to help with my newly troublesome rosacea. In addition to skincare, I decided to give their Green Gut Glow drink and Energy Fizz a try.

I’ve been using the products for a couple months now and I can confidently say they’re all fantastic and have drastically helped to improve my skin and overall health.

The amount of food you get to eat when you’re eating plants makes me happy. 💚 Easing my way into following the Starch Solution and I feel great. Now I just have to get into a regular workout routine again. Time to get out of this quarantine funk.

I’m pretty proud of this. It’s been awhile since I’ve been consistent with workouts. Life has been pretty weird since March. Self-isolation, working from home, only leaving the house to go to the grocery store... that does things to your mental health for sure. While I didn’t gain weight during quarantine, (I actually lost almost ten pounds due to mostly eating whole food plant-based.) I completely lost motivation for anything fitness related. Now that I’m back in a routine I feel so much better overall. I’m a third of the way to my first mini goal and I’m so motivated to meet it before year end. 💪🏻

This was definitely the best view I’ve ever had at a gym! ☀️

Last weekend, .fitness and I went to Windsor to see the show. 🇨🇦 We may have indulged a little bit and strayed slightly from our meal plan, but we still did our workouts!

I love that I can take my workouts with me anywhere. It keeps me accountable and doesn’t let me have an excuse to not do them! @ Best Western Plus Waterfront Hotel
