Happy Wellness Wednesdays! This is the day when I share ways to experience more wellness in your life! Body, mind, energetically and on a soul level, and offer Lightworker services at special rates. Connect any way you wish, I am here for you.

Today let’s start with two simple ways to love yourself-start with you and how you feel about yourself. I want you to say to yourself “I love you unconditionally” every time you look in the mirror. Every time. Second, change out processed sugar for a natural solution, such as honey or maple syrup. If you haven’t done this already, I’d say it’s about time. It all starts with loving yourself, and processed foods is not love, it’s addiction, lies and in many cases it’s toxic chemicals. It’s potato chips that high jack our brains into a euphoria state just to eat more. I won’t go on, I’ll digress. Do your homework, cuz you worth it!

Yeah, it’s like a meditation, and can be, but it’s like a state of being. The more you practice it, the more you embody it, the more it becomes a natural state of being. I’m not saying that you’ll never have those moments of anger or frustration when someone cuts in front of you while you’re in a line. I’m saying it won’t be you giving the death glare, exhaling deep out loud sighs of frustration and under your breath comments like “no really, after you bitch” No, it’ll start to look like you smiling, having a kind thought, like maybe they’re so caught up in something that they don’t see the world around them, and ya know what, that’s okay. Who cares right? Cuz in the grand scale of things it really doesn’t matter. Take a deep breath, breathe slow breaths, close your eyes and like a monk whispering to the universe wise words of infinite wisdom, say to yourself…”sooooo fuuuuuckin’ whaaaaat” …and get on with enjoying your day.

Welcome to Thoughtful Thursdays!…I am creating something new, a kind of weekly ‘menu’ that unfolds right now, I’m not even gonna wait. The idea came to me last night while driving to yoga. So here it is in real time, me listening to a new playlist while I’m taking video of Dragon. Thank you beautiful soul Therese for sharing this peaceful playlist🤍✨ So as I’m enjoying it I’m creating this video of Dragon with a card of inspirational intention to share with y’all as part of what will become Thoughtful Thursdays. It might look like this, or something completely different, Divine flow baby! One thing for sure is it will be authentic, so if a Christmas carol shows up in February, so be it…and so it is.

What is a Wonky Frog?

Wonky Frog Studio is not just any shop, but our little shop with a lot. In fact, we even coined the “littleshopwithalot” hashtag. Our story began over 20 years ago as two artists taking on commissions and assisting with graphics. Continuing our story, we’ve expanded everything we offer, and are actively involved in our community to give back when and where we can.

In the shop you’ll find locally sourced handmade goods created with positive intention by our many Makers, including ourselves, owners Scott and Cat. We also have studios where you can explore your creative side. Both of us create for the shop, take on commissions, and teach.

In our Stoneware Potter’s Studio, we have many ways to have fun and create or even learn the craft in detail. We offer a one day Clay Date, as well as Pottery Lessons and Paint Pottery.

Cat is a SoundReiki practitioner, with a certificate in Usui Reiki and is in the process of obtaining her level II in Soundreiki . She is able to work locally or remotely to balance your chakras and activate healing energy with the sound of her voice. As an intuitive guide, she also works with angels & other spirit guides for the benefits of your well being.
