May peace find you in 2026! Blessings to all on this Celtic solar new year January 1st.
I don’t know about you, but I’ve been feeling the new year vibes for a couple weeks now. I see Dragons everywhere I look, and I don’t just mean my dog 😂 Then again I’ve always believed in them, as well as many of the unseen. Just because we can’t see them does not mean they aren’t real. People believe in cell phones but can’t see wifi, or micro waves, or radio waves etc, yet find it difficult to believe in Dragons, Faeries, and Unicorns. Or the fact that the Sound Reiki I perform for healing others is simply me channeling Divine Light Codes. Let yourself believe, and whenever you’re in nature say a little thank you for all the work they do unseen to us. It’s thankless work and without us believing, they will become extinct.

Did you know Alders are often the first trees to grow after a forest fire or other forms of devastation. They are also found close to water, makes sense since they are associated with emotion and feelings. Representing support and foundations it’s no surprise that they were often used to build bridges. Offering spiritual protection, call on Alder if you are in a dispute of any kind, call on Alder and this tree’s spirits will act as a “bridge over troubled waters”

With the weather what it is, we’ve decided to close the shop today, Dec 30th, but if you find yourself reading our closed sign in the window, or you live local and can walk here, you’ll note there’s a phone number in case you are in need, so please call. Most people know that our house is next to the shop and studios, so we do have access this way. Please feel free to call us. In the past we’ve had people make their way up the to get to our place in weather like this. So please know we are here, we’re just in the studio/house, or outside shovelling! 😮‍💨

Hope you enjoy the funny video, I really didn’t want to do anything serious and the Grinch cry was pretty much how I felt when looking at the amount of snow fall, especially when I saw the kiln shed partly buried! 😭 🤦🏼‍♀️
Side note, look at our boys beautiful toe beans! His nails are growing in nicely, well most of them anyway, there’s a few fugly ones. We try to keep him from doing too many zoomies, easier said then done 🤦🏼‍♀️

Wishing everyone peace and joy this season, how ever you spend this time, we wish you all well!
This can be a trying time for some, may you hold kindness in your hearts not just for others but especially for yourself.

This will be my first Christmas without my mom, and although I do miss her dearly, I’m also so very happy that she got her wish to leave this earth, as her suffering was becoming unbearable for her. To all who are grieving loss this season, may you find peace, may you be able to cry and release what needs to be shed. For this is the time to reflect, to be grateful for what this year has brought us, and yes that includes the good, the bad and the ugly. All of it.

Many times you have seen me share a particular song over and over again, it’s by Saint Finnikin and it’s called ‘Grateful’ I’ll try to put a link or tag in the comments and I’ll share to my Story today. This song found me shortly after my car crash which happened the beginning of 2024, way to kick off the year! Let me tell you, when I heard it, I wept the big ugly cry people! It expresses all the feels I have for surviving yet again another brush with death. And so yes, every day I do wake up thinking just how grateful I am to be here, and then throughout my day I hold gratitude in my heart for everything! The food I get to eat and share when I have abundance to share, the tea in my cup, the artisan craft of pottery I get to teach and share with others, the community around me and of course my Dragon boy and my beautiful soul Scottie! God bless him, he had to put up with me weeping with gratitude for everything, and it went on for weeks. 😭 The man has the patience of a saint. 😏
May you have an abundance of gratitude in your heart so deep it makes you weep💕✨🙏🏼

Have you ever experienced Sound Reiki? Or any type of sound healing? Since the beginning of time, humans have always known that sound is the way to move and shift energy. It’s funny how we believe in things like cell phones, microwaves, ultra sound, radio and other stuff we can’t see yet we believe in it! But when I explain that the way I move energy involves channeling Divine Light Codes, sometimes people look at you sideways, and that’s okay. I’m here to serve, not judge.

I call myself a Lightworker, simply because I work in the Light, I speak Light Language and channel Light Codes.
It isn’t a lifestyle, it isn’t a choice, it’s a soul mission I’ve come here to experience and after many years of living this life and being guided to and through it, that is what was needed to be this person I am today. And I’m grateful.

I don’t work alone, I have my buddy Dragon to assist, and he too is a healer, very conscious, so even words aren’t needed. He does his thang when ever needed and I gotta say it’s spectacular to witness! He is always present during healings, card readings etc.

I have many abilities, one being a psychic empath which allows me to see the truth, connect in an emotional way and feel all the feels, wherever you are, which connects me to the ‘heart of the matter’ so to speak, and it allows me to give advice and guidance to my clients with much clarity and truth.

If you know anything about empaths, you probably know that you cannot lie to them, we see right through you. We make great guides because we will cut through your bu****it and tell you exactly what you need to hear, not what you want to hear.
I’m also an artist and love to combine creating with the Sound Reiki experience, check out some of the slides and enjoy the beautiful vibes coming from the mandalas created in one of our sessions.

Hello Friday! We’re open today and we welcome you back, and appreciate your patience while I needed some solitude in my sickness. Which isn’t totally true, y’all know that Dragon is constantly by my side! He’s probably the only one who can tolerate my pathetic sorry ass when I get like this. And bless our friends and neighbours checkin in, thank you for the homemade lovin spoonfuls. (Still managing mostly liquids) And not to mention the two angels we have helping us with snow shovelling and keeping the shop and driveway clear. Honestly, with the two of us sick, yup, poor Scott has it too, and I don’t know what’s worse, being sick or having to look after me when I’m this sick and miserable. Scottie says when I get this knocked out it’s like I have a ‘man cold’ 😂 yeah, it really is that bad.😏
We are grateful for all the blessings. Thanks y’all!

What is a Wonky Frog?

Wonky Frog Studio is not just any shop, but our little shop with a lot. In fact, we even coined the “littleshopwithalot” hashtag. Our story began over 20 years ago as two artists taking on commissions and assisting with graphics. Continuing our story, we’ve expanded everything we offer, and are actively involved in our community to give back when and where we can.

In the shop you’ll find locally sourced handmade goods created with positive intention by our many Makers, including ourselves, owners Scott and Cat. We also have studios where you can explore your creative side. Both of us create for the shop, take on commissions, and teach.

In our Stoneware Potter’s Studio, we have many ways to have fun and create or even learn the craft in detail. We offer a one day Clay Date, as well as Pottery Lessons and Paint Pottery.

Cat is a SoundReiki practitioner, with a certificate in Usui Reiki and is in the process of obtaining her level II in Soundreiki . She is able to work locally or remotely to balance your chakras and activate healing energy with the sound of her voice. As an intuitive guide, she also works with angels & other spirit guides for the benefits of your well being.
