Exciting news!!! This past weekend I got certified in Lower Body Deep Tissue Massage and had the pleasure of learning from two amazing and well respected therapists. They work everyday with the Blue Bombers and are very educated in this field.

Many people do not know the difference between Deep Pressure Massage & Deep Tissue Massage. These two are VERY different from one another. If you would like to know more information on whether this may help you or would like to book an appointment please PM me or text me @ 204-307-1441.
