Kyra is a 2025 graduate and a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong foundation in osteopathic-based assessment. She is trained in therapeutic massage, deep tissue, and Swedish techniques, and is passionate about supporting clients in their healing, mobility, and overall well-being. She has a specific interest in neck and sports related treatment.
Whether clients are seeking relief from chronic tension, recovery support, or a space to unwind, Kyra provides thoughtful, individualized care in every session.

You’ve likely seen him here before as he’s been with as a student, through practicum, and now we’re fortunate enough to have him on our team of therapists as an RMT!!

Adam is a 2025 graduate of Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies and is passionate about helping people live a pain free life. Specializing in osteopathic based assessment of the musculoskeletal system and remedial massage, Adam uses what he has learned to find the root cause of pain or movement restrictions and treat accordingly.
Adam is excited to get to know more people and for the opportunity to assist them on their wellness journey.

Ryan is a 2025 graduate of Wellington College of Remedial Therapies. He has a strong anatomy knowledge and a passion for helping people achieve pain free range of motion.
He is trained in osteopathic based assessments, therapeutic massage techniques, deep tissue and Swedish massage.

Farewell to our long time Therapist, Tim Wiebe! To tell you the truth, this has been in my drafts for too long as I didn’t even have words to sum up what Tim has been to each therapist, student and client in his last 6 YEARS at Winkler Massage Therapy!
Been here from the very start and has been such a core member of our team since.

Now he’s off to Mexico to do awesome things and we’re excited for him while he’ll also be incredibly missed! Selfishly, we hope he makes his way back to the Winkler area one day and you’d probably agree! 😉

Our Practicum Student schedules are open for online booking! Practicum Students are in their last stretch before receiving their diploma and becoming a professional!

Our Practicum Students:
• Adam Giesbrecht
• Kyra Penner
• Kristi Harder

They are educated for both relaxation or therapeutic massage. If therapeutic massage is preferred, practicum students are able to assess your condition/dysfunction through tests and assessments of musculoskeletal structures before developing a treatment plan fitted to your needs. Specific techniques are used to treat muscular, skeletal and fascial imbalances. Stretching, strengthening, intrinsic and extrinsic techniques may be used in addition to massage in order to lengthen or stabilize musculature to provide joints with a full range of motion. An observer is always on site to provide any guidance if needed.

$45+GST for a 60min massage

Just a heads up, our rates are increasing June 1!

Inflation is unfortunately a part of life so to keep up with rising costs, we have to raise ours. Thankfully, hardly anyone goes for massages as often as grocery shopping… those receipts are still getting me like 😵‍💫

Thanks for choosing us. We our honoured to have served so many in the Pembina valley and look forward to serving even more in the years to come!

Welcome Rebekka Merkel!

Rebekka is in her last year at Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies. She specializes in specific assessment using an osteopathic approach and treatment of the musculoskeletal system, using advanced mobilization techniques along with her massage to correct various muscular and structural problems.
Her eagerness to learn about human anatomy gained her knowledge to approach any client’s concerns with compassion and confidence. She is looking forward to working with you and being a part of your health journey!

Rebekka has been with us for two weeks already and has shown great passion and skill for helping her clients. We highly recommend when a student is this close to graduation, that you book in to get ahead into their clientele list. We see her booking up very fast as a professional, wherever she’ll end up working!
