I love the creativity of parents!
Sometimes you need a big whiteboard reminder of the activities (exercises) to help baby out!
Isn’t this clever?

What do I wish I knew with my first and third babies? That ‘colic’ is a symptom, not a diagnosis. That there is something beautiful, and gentle, and that is effective that can be done about it. That they didn’t need to suffer through it for weeks and months.

THAT’S why I do what I do. Because your baby shouldn’t have to suffer (and neither should you!).

I’ve currently got several babies on my case load who have been described as ‘different babies’ (read: comfortable, consolable, relaxed and happy) after a CST treatment or two.
Of course, we are also working on feeding, latch, and oral habilitation, and together it’s the perfect combination to get to the root cause of digestive issues.

And I’ve helped dozens and dozens more just like them! Want to know if I can help your baby? Reach out! I’d love to help!

Posted • The helplessness of watching your baby struggle with colic, reflux, or gas is immense.

While many factors are at play, we often overlook physical tension. The birthing process can create tightness in a baby’s diaphragm, rib cage, or at the base of the skull, impacting the crucial nerves that regulate digestion.

This can lead to a fussy baby with a seemingly unhappy tummy.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) gently unwinds this tension, giving the digestive system space and improving nerve function. By calming the body, we can often calm the gut, leading to more peace for everyone.

The caption says it all: whether your baby receives one drop, or a year (or more) worth of your milk, you should be proud of yourself, and celebrated for it!

These are the best messages ever. After weeks and weeks and weeks of incredibly fitful, disturbed sleep (even in arms, at that), this baby was able to have his first deep, peaceful sleep (and so did his mom). The best. 💤 💤 💤

I always say that new parents are the best inventors/problem solvers. If only the postpartum haze wasn’t so…hazy….they could harness the ingenuity and patent their ideas.

Car seats need washable liners (I know they’re washable, but if you disassemble the whole car seat to thoroughly clean it, then your car seat is out of commission for an indeterminate amount of time).

This morning, one of my new moms came in and said her baby had had a blowout on the way here (something about their position in the car seats, amiright??).

But she had a solution! And it saved a messy ride home.

Had your baby ever had a blowout in the car seat?
