Meet Sheila, B.S., M.A., RMFT., C.C.C.

Sheila is one of our experienced Canadian Certified Counsellors here at Alleviate. She is also a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in treating children, youth, adults, and couples.

Sheila brings years of experience working with children, youth, and adults in both school-based and private practice settings. She has supported clients navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, autism, personality disorders, and life transitions.

Christian graduated from Evolve College of Massage Therapy in 2021 and joins Alleviate with a passion for helping clients improve their wellbeing through tailored treatments.

Christian believes every client deserves personalized care and loves to incorporate a variety of techniques - including deep tissue, myofascial release, and functional muscle release, to address each client’s unique needs.

Christian has a strong interest in fitness and health and his goal is to help educate and empower clients to move better, recover faster, and live more comfortably.
