🍴✨ Busy night hack coming your way! ✨🍴
One of my favourite tricks during the hectic months is cooking once but eating twice. Here’s what I mean: I’ll make a meal that I know reheats beautifully (think chili, stir fry, pasta bakes, or even roasted chicken with veggies). The next day, when life is wild and I’m running short on time, supper is already DONE. 🙌
No stress. No drive-thru guilt. Just pop it in the microwave, plate it up, and I’m out the door knowing I still fueled my body well. 💪
It’s such a game-changer when you’re juggling everything but still want to feel good about what you’re eating.
