Yesterday in circuit class, I loaded 170 lbs onto the sled.
Every single woman in that room pushed it. Pulled it. Crushed it. đź’Ą

Only after class did I tell them how much weight was actually on there — and the looks of surprise said it all.

Women so often underestimate just how strong they are. Not because they aren’t capable… but because they’ve been taught to doubt it.

This is your reminder:
You are stronger than you think.
You are capable of more than you give yourself credit for.
And sometimes, the only thing holding you back is the story you’re telling yourself.

To every woman out there doubting her strength — physically, mentally, emotionally — you are an absolute badass. And I’ll keep reminding you until you believe it. 💪✨

Instead of asking “What do I need to get done this week?”
try asking:

👉 How do I want to feel?

Strong.
Energized.
Calm.
Confident.
Proud.

When you focus on the feeling, the actions tend to follow—movement that feels good, food that fuels you, rest without guilt, and showing up in ways that actually serve you.

Set the tone, not just the to-do list.
You don’t need a perfect week—just an intentional one.

đź’š What feeling are you choosing for this week?

Strength Training Has No Age Limit đź’Ş

One of the greatest privileges of my job is getting to witness strength training across generations.

I train a daughter, a mother, and a grandmother — ages 23 to 85 — all in the same space, all lifting, all showing up, all working toward their own goals.

At 85, the mobility, strength, and confidence this woman carries is something to truly be in awe of. It’s proof that movement matters, and that it’s never “too late” to get stronger.

At 21, I see dedication, discipline, and a young woman who has already made strength training a priority — even while juggling school, work, and a full life.

And at 51 is a mom who runs her own business, is constantly on the go, and still chooses to invest in her strength so she can age with confidence, capability, and independence — just like her mother.

Their goals are different.
Their lives look different.
But the common thread is strength.

Strength training belongs at every age.
It supports mobility, balance, bone health, confidence, and longevity.
And it is never too late to start.

Whether it’s one-on-one, in a group class, or on your own — start where you are. Your future self will thank you.

So what are you waiting for?
Get strong. Stay strong. Keep moving.

Making changes to yourself is hard.

Whether it’s chasing a new personal record on a lift you’ve been grinding away at in the gym…
Whether it’s trying to hit a new marathon time…
Whether it’s learning a brand-new skill…
Or even walking into therapy for the very first time.

One of the biggest challenges we face when we set goals is the self-exploration that comes with them. Sometimes we have to look inward and ask the uncomfortable questions. Sometimes we have to recognize the patterns, habits, or beliefs that might be holding us back.

One of the hardest things I’ve ever done was realizing that I was the one holding myself back—and then doing the work to change those behaviours.

Goal-setting isn’t always motivating or exciting. Often, it’s uncomfortable. It’s vulnerable. It’s frustrating. And some days, it’s really hard.

But it is so worth it.

So on the days when it feels heavy, when progress feels slow, or when self-doubt creeps in—remember why you started. Keep pushing forward. Growth doesn’t happen in comfort.

You’ve got this.
And just know, I’m always here—cheering you on every step of the way.

New Year. New Chances. Same Brave Heart. ✨

As someone who was taught to be fearful of life…
taught to stay small…
taught that failure was more likely than success…
trying new things has never come easy to me.

Taking chances doesn’t come naturally.
It takes a lot out of me — mentally and physically — every single time.
Most days, I have to be pushed.
Most days, fear shows up before confidence ever does.

So when I try something new — whether it’s zip-lining, putting myself in front of a camera for my business, or taking a chance on myself and my dreams — please know this:
those moments are huge for me.

People don’t always see the struggle behind an accomplishment.
What looks “small” or “simple” to someone else can feel like climbing a mountain to another.
And that doesn’t make it less worthy of celebration — it makes it more powerful.

I’ve learned to be incredibly proud of myself for showing up anyway.
For trying.
For risking being uncomfortable.
For doing things scared.
For doing things imperfectly.
For doing things even when I feel like I might fail.

So if you’re reading this and your wins feel small compared to others — please hear me:
they are not small.
They are yours.
And they deserve to be celebrated loudly and unapologetically.

Here’s to 2026.
To new adventures.
To trying new things — even if we’re terrible at them.
To courage over comfort.
And to being fu***ng proud of ourselves every step of the way. 🥂💪✨
