Swimming Dragon Qigong is a 2-hour workshop involves twisting, stretching, and coiling motions that engage the entire body. These movements improve flexibility, balance, and coordination. Your health will benefit as the movements massage internal organs, stimulates blood and qi circulation, and help in detoxifying the body by mobilizing fats and toxins into lymphatic drainage.
By the end of the workshop, you will have the tools to create a personalized breath practice for your own wellbeing and benefit from your newfound knowledge in your daily life. A recording of the class will be available for your practice.
