Fun-Filled Kids Yoga and Mindfulness Parent/Guardian is required to register (no extra cost) as we encourage you to participate with your child. Ages 2-5

Tiny Yogis blends active yoga sequences, energizing music, yoga-inspired games, mindfulness, and plenty of smiles into every class. This playful class will keep your child motivated and moving with stretching and standing poses while also teaching them breathing instruction and relaxation techniques that will provide a sense of balance, calm, and confidence for years to come.

Like anyone who loves what they do, I put a lot of time and energy into every class I teach. And it means so much when someone tells me a breathing exercise helped them through labour, or that they feel stronger and more connected to their core after a postpartum class… or that they loved the community that formed in the room.

But honestly… make me a homemade card and my whole day is made.

Pretty sure this Grade 4 class figured out I like rainbows or something. ❤️🌈
