I am very excited and honored to be facilitating a 2 hour "Kitchi Bapita" (Laughter Yoga) for the Wiping Away The Tears conference today for Ka Ni Kanichihk 🍓 Today, I am incorporating music, movement, and a special sing-along interactive performance, specially created for this session!
Yoga means Unity (or, "connection").
Laughter Yoga = Laughter for Connection💞

Prepping this morning to facilitate for a special staff holiday event! Did you know - there is no "cap" on the number of participants that can enjoy a Laughter Yoga session! Laughter Yoga is suitable for all ages & abilities - if you can smile, you can participate! There are no props or equipment required - a Laughter Yoga session means minimum prep time with maximum take-away benefits! Whether it's Laughter Yoga "quickies", "break out sessions", or a presentation for as many people as can fit in a space, Laughter Yoga is a fun and interactive practice for any event!
